Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and health reasons, any item that has been opened from its packaging, tried on, or used cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
Timeframe: You have [3 days] from the date of delivery to request an exchange or return (only for unopened items).
Our Mistake? If the product has a manufacturing defect or we sent the wrong size, we will cover all shipping costs and replace it for free. However, if you wish to exchange it without any defect in the product, the customer will bear the shipping fees.
